A Genesee County grand jury has indicted the Chautauqua County woman arrested in a fatal hit-and-run after a summer concert in Darien Lake.
Jennifer Serrano was indicted on a count of second degree vehicular manslaughter. She allegedly hit a man from Oneida County shortly after midnight on August 11, then drove off.
She was stopped for DWI a short time later but did not tell deputies about the hit-and-run. The man's body was found hours later.
