Governor Cuomo is spending millions as he tries to fend off Cynthia Nixon in the upcoming Democratic primary.
Records released by the Board of Elections show his campaign has spent roughly 16-million dollars since July, including 8-million in the last three weeks. Nixon has spent a fraction of that, using about 450-thousand-dollars.
The primary is next Thursday and polls show Cuomo with a large lead.
