Rochester Man Sentenced For Deadly Drunk Driving Crash

A judge has sentenced a Rochester man who admitted killing his baby in a drunk-driving crash last Halloween in Webster.

Isaac McCrea pleaded guilty in June to vehicular manslaughter and aggravated DWI. State Police say McCrea had a blood-alcohol level that was nearly twice the legal limit when he caused the crash along Route 104.  His six-month-old daughter died and his two other children were injured.

McCrea has been sentenced to two to six years behind bars.
