A man with mental health issues who disappeared Sunday in New Jersey may be in our area.
A vehicle driven by 21-year-old Carlisle Lee was found around dawn Tuesday on Cole Road in Mendon. Lee is believed to be on foot and may be wearing all black clothing.
He is black, six feet tall, and about 150 pounds.
Police say he is believed to be disoriented and confused. He was last seen Sunday in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
