A Rochester woman is being charged with reckless driving after she allegedly got into an argument with another driver, gave chase, then crashed into another car.
The argument began in the city, and the wreck happened on the ramp from 490 West to 390 South.
The woman is identified at Skykia Wise. She and her passenger had minor injuries. The people in the car she hit are OK.
