The funeral is being held this morning for Father Laurence Tracy, who passed away last week. The service is being held at St. Michael's Church in Rochester.
Tracy grew up on the city's north side and ministered to the city's Latino community. And he helped create the Ibero-American Action League in the 1960's.
Father Tracy planned and wrote his own funeral service, and specifically asked that County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo offer a eulogy.
