Governor Andrew Cuomo is back peddling on comments he made this week when he said America was never that great. Now, the governor is saying the expression he used was 'inartful.'
Cuomo today went on to say that of course America is great and always has been great and that no one questions that.
The Democratic governor took a lot of heat when he made the comments initially on Wednesday including from President Trump who tweeted that it was a really dumb statement.
