Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo has issued a State of Emergency due to localized flash flooding in the Town of Perinton and other surrounding areas.
County officials say the roads that are impacted due to flooding include Park Road, Woolston Road, westbound Route 96 at Woodcliff, Route 96 at the westbound on ramp to I-490, the off ramp of I-490 at Exit 28, Carter Road at Whitney Road, in the area of the 2500 block of Penfield Road, and at Huber Road and Carter Road.
The State of Emergency does not restrict general travel in Monroe County.
