There's a new round in the fight over Democrat Robin Wilt's eligibility to run for state Assembly. Wilt is one of three candidates running in the September primary in the 136th district -- and opponent Jamie Romeo's campaign claims in a lawsuit that Wilt hasn't lived in the state long enough to run. The suit also challenges the validity of some of Wilt's petition signatures. The third candidate, Jaclyn Richard, raised the residency issue last week with the Board of Elections, but the Board left Wilt on the ballot.
