Sentencing Delayed For Abigail Hernandez

Sentencing has been delayed again for Abigail Hernandez, the illegal immigrant who posted messages on Facebook threatening East High School.

Today in court, a judge granted her attorney's request for a mental health evaluation before she is sentenced. The defense, and the probation department, claim Hernandez's mental health has deteriorated while she has been in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She was locked up by ICE last month immediately after she pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of falsely reporting an incident.

She is not expected to face more jail time, but could face deportation.
