Governor Cuomo Back in Puerto Rico

Governor Cuomo is back in Puerto Rico today to support recovery efforts.  It's his fifth trip there since Hurricane Maria slammed into the island ten months ago.

The Governor is leading a delegation of New York political and labor leaders, plus educators and students and is calling the federal government's response to the crisis in Puerto Rico a national disgrace.

Harvard researchers say the storm and its aftermath led to the deaths of more than 45-hundred people.
