Rochester, NY -- Rochester police have arrested the man they say opened fire on three people last month in a drug store parking lot on Thurston Road.

Samuel Shaw was arrested Saturday night as he tried to flee from a residence in the city.

Shaw is charged with two counts of seconjd-degree murder, one count of first-degree assault, and one weapon charge.

Shaw allegedly opened fire with a handgun outside 670 Thurston Road.

The shooting around 1:30 a.m. June 20 killed William Gibson and Anthony Robertson, and left a third person paralyzed.
