Jury Deliberations Resume in Skelos Retrial

Jury deliberations resume today in the corruption re-trial of former New York State Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos and his son.

The jury got the case Friday but did not reach a verdict.  Prosecutors allege Skelos and his son Adam pressured several companies into paying his son for no show jobs in exchange for political favors.

Both were originally convicted of bribery and extortion but the verdict was tossed after the Supreme Court narrowed the definition of political corruption.
