An Avoca man is facing charges after allegedly having sexual contact with three separate victims, all under the age of 13.
Authorities arrested 51-year-old Lawrence Hough last week and charged him with one count of course of sexual conduct against a child, following a joint investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Steuben Co. Child Protective Unit.
Authorities believe Hough engaged in multiple acts of sexual conduct with the victims, over the course of several years.
