Rochester police say a Steuben County man was arrested after he crashed his car into a city barber shop.
It happened last night near the corner of North and Wilson streets. Police say the driver was heading east on Wilson when he lost control of the car and hit the building.
He wasn't hurt but he was charged with driving while impaired.
