Rochester police are still investigating a shooting that killed a dog and wounded a city woman.
It happened just before dawn yesterday morning near Frost and Jefferson avenues. The woman suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
Police say she may have been hit inadvertently when someone fired at the dog. No one has been arrested.
