A 20-year-old Rochester man has been arrested on an arson charge for setting a fire at a duplex on the city's northwest side this spring.
Johnrai Delara is accused of setting the fire April 14 in the vacant side of the two-family home at 60 Villa Street. The people in the other side were not injured, but the fire damaged the building.
