March Protests Trump Administration's 'Zero Tolerance' Immigration Policy

About 30 people took part in a march this evening, organized by Rochester City Council Vice President Adam McFadden, which started at the Liberty Pole and conclude at the Federal Building on State Street.

McFadden says he wanted to organize the march to show solidarity with children and families separated at the US-Mexico border. He announced the march before President Trump's executive order on Wednesday, but he says he still wanted to have it because the order is not a permanent solution.

McFadden is also calling on the Trump Administration to speed up the reunification of children and families who have already been separated.
