There's a guilty plea from a Rochester man accused of supplying the drugs that caused the overdose death of a Gates man in January.
Brian Saez pleaded guilty this morning to criminally negligent homicide and attempted sale of a controlled substance.
Gates Police said Sean Van Iderstine bought the drugs about one hour before he died.
Saez was arrested in February when he sold drugs to an undercover cop. The plea agreement calls for 2 to 4 years in prison.
