Don't look for the New York state legislature to legalize sports betting this year.
State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says members of the assembly in his chamber still have many concerns that haven't been ironed it. The legislature is scheduled to adjourn for the year next week.
The pending legislation would allow sports betting at the state's casinos and on phones and tablets.
