A man is facing arson and attempted murder charges after allegedly setting fire to an apartment in Batavia early this morning.
Police say Plush Dozier got into an argument with his girlfriend at the apartment on Maple Street - then allegedly set her on fire along with the apartment.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
