Man Accused in Deadly Drunk Driving Crash, Pleads Guilty

The father accused of killing his baby in a Webster drunk-driving crash on Halloween last year, is taking a plea deal.

Isaac McCrea today pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter and DWI under Leandra's Law.

State Police say Isaac McCrea had a blood-alcohol level that was nearly twice the legal limit when he caused the crash off Route 104 in Webster.  His six-month-old girl died and his two other children were injured.

McCrea is facing up to six years behind bars when he is sentenced in August.
