New York State Police said a boat crashed into a breakwall in Sodus Tuesday morning. Two people were on the boat when it struck the wall around 1 a.m. Cory Donk, 23, has been charged with Boating While Intoxicated. The other passenger took off before police arrived, but was found on an island near the area where the boat crashed. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.The operator of the boat was not injured.The passenger is not expected to face charges.
