Former Henrietta Town Supervisor Jack Moore, is scheduled to be in court next month after being arrested last week.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says Moore was arrested last Thursday for violating a previously existing court order. He was charged with second degree criminal contempt and released on an appearance ticket.
He is due in court June 19th.
Last month, Moore was found guilty of harassing former town employee Scott Mangino, and his wife, after repeatedly honking his horn when driving past their house.
