A not guilty plea has been entered for the Sweden woman accused of decapitating her 7-year-old son last month.
Hanane Mouhib was brought into court today in a wheelchair. Her lawyers argue she is not mentally competent.
Mouhib was indicted on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of her son Abraham Cardenas -- 10 days after she was released from the hospital where she sought mental health treatment. She remains held without bail and is due back in court in August for a status hearing.
