Rochester Judge Leticia Astacio has another court date later today.
She's due in Henrietta Town Court at 5 p.m. on a felony charge she tried to buy a shotgun in violation of her DWI probation. The attempted purchase allegedly happened last month at the Dick's Sporting Goods store at Marketplace Mall.
She has been suspended with pay. Her many probation violations after her DWI conviction two years ago led the judicial conduct commission last month to recommend her removal from office.
