Rochester Felon Convicted of New Charge

A convicted felon from Rochester who never showed up at a halfway house after his release from prison has been convicted of a new charge.

Abdul Rasheed was found guilty of escaping from federal custody and will be sentenced in July. While on the run in 2016, Rasheed allegedly traveled to Pittsburgh and shot two people -- killing one.
