The City of Rochester is declining to say how exactly some employees at the 9-1-1 center were disciplined after the death of teenager Trevyan Rowe.
Six employees were placed on paid administrative leave after Rowe died but the have now returned to work. A spokeswoman for the mayor's office will only say workers underwent retraining.
Trevyan's body was found in the Genesee River on March 11, two days after callers reported seeing a person on the 490 bridge.
Mayor Warren said last month the fire department should have been dispatched, but it was not.
