Police are investigating a crash where a woman was hit and killed by a car late Monday night in Rochester. Police were called to Genesee Park Boulevard around 11: 30 p.m. Investigators believe the car was travelling north on Genesee Park Blvd. when it hit the woman. Police said she was in the center of the road. She died at the scene. The driver, according to police, remained at the scene after the crash and has been cooperating with officers. Investigators said the driver will not be charged. The victim's name and age have not been released.
