Authorities are reviewing the mental health care a Sweden woman received at Rochester General Hospital in the weeks before her 7-year-old son was killed.
Hanane Mouhib is accused of decapitating her son last Thursday -- 10 days after her release from the hospital.
The state Department of Health and the Office of Mental Health are looking at her treatment at RGH. Mouhib had called 911 March 5th and March 8th to report mental health symptoms. She was taken to the hospital after both calls, and was admitted after the second.
