A Rochester man charged in a homicide last June in Greece has turned down a plea deal and will go to trial on a murder charge.
Dishon Belgrave is accused of stabbing and killing his girlfriend at her grandmother's home on Maiden Lane. The woman was stabbed multiple times during an argument.
The plea deal called for a reduced sentence of 15 years to life.
