Police have released the name of the man who robbed a Webster gas station then led police yesterday on a chase that ended in a crash on Empire Boulevard.
Police say Robert Buck, of Williamson, is a three-time felon and is on parole. He was spotted driving a vehicle resembling the vehicle involved in the robbery and led police east on Ridge Road.
The chase ended when he tried to avoid stop sticks and crashed. At least three other vehicles were involved in the crash and three people were hurt.
Buck is charged with robbery, grand larceny, obstructing police and traffic offenses.
