Rochester Police Arrest Parolee Accused of Running From Crash Scene

Rochester police say the driver who ran away from a crash scene in the city was a parolee. Tyrone Keitt was arrested last night.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 6:30 at Dewey and Driving Park avenues. Keitt allegedly cut off his parole bracelet and ran away. His passenger stayed at the scene, and the other driver needed treatment for minor injuries.

Keitt is charged with leaving the scene, driving without a license, possession of marijuana and a parole violation.
