Two women leaving the vigil for Trevyan Rowe Monday night were hurt in a hit-and-run. According to WHEC, Investigators said the women were walking back to their vehicle on Exchange Boulevard around 8:15 p.m. when they were hit. The victims, 54 and 73-years-old were taken to Highland Hospital with minor injuries. Police said the driver took off from the scene.
