Investigators in Wyoming County are saying more about the homicide investigation last week in Perry.
Murder suspect Joseph Mlyniec has waived today's preliminary hearing and his case is expected to be presented to the grand jury. He remains held without bail for the fatal shooting of Robert Irvine III last Wednesday.
The Medical Examiner concluded Irvine was shot four times, including once in the head, with a .45 caliber handgun. Police are still working to develop a motive and have conducted 16 interviews so far.
Mlyniec is a retired sheriff's deputy.
