An RCSD student accused of threatening to shoot students at East High School has been indicted. Abigail Hernandez, 21, was arrested in February after police were notified of a threat being made against East High School. Police said they found a shotgun at Hernandez's house. Hernandez was indicted on two counts of making a terroristic threat. Hernandez's father said his daughter is a former Special Olympian who was not capable of understanding or carrying out a threat.
