ROC The Riverway Advisory Board Announced

Twelve community members have been chosen to serve on an advisory panel to oversee the state’s investment in the so-called ROC the Riverway initiative.

ROC the Riverway is a a proposal to beautify property around the Genesee River in downtown Rochester, to promote tourism and recreation. Today Governor Cuomo and Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren announced the members of the advisory board. 

Their job will be to review and prioritize plans for targeted public and private investments along the riverfront. 

The board is comprised of local stakeholders and will be chaired by Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council Co-Chairs Anne Kress and Bob Duffy.
