Two people were shot in apparently separate incidents in the City of Rochester Friday night.
Shortly before 11:30 last night, police were called to Lundsford Lane for a report of a man shot. They found the 24-year-old victim and he was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police believe he was shot on Cady Street.
Then at 11:30 Friday night, police were called to the 500 block of Jefferson Avenue where a 23-year-old woman had been shot. She was also taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
