A Seneca County man is accused of driving drunk with his one-year-old daughter in the car. Seneca Falls Police say 28-year-old Leonard Carlsen, of Romulus, lost control of his car on Wednesday night. According to WHEC, investigators said he went off the road, hit a mailbox, concrete barrier, hydrant, and a utility pole on Kingdom Road. The crash snapped the pole in half causing a power outage in the area. Carlsen's daughter was transported to Geneva General Hospital with minor injuries. Carlsen is charged with felony aggravated DWI (Leandra's Law), aggravated DWI, DWI, improper child restraint for child less than 4 years old, unsafe lane change, failure to keep right, inadequate brakes, speed not reasonable and prudent, and endangering the welfare of a child following a personal injury accident.
