A Rochester man is under arrest on a first degree robbery charge, after Livingston County authorities say they identified him as the man who held up the Dutch Hollow Market in Avon last weekend.They say 30-year-old John Washburn III was arrested on Lexington Avenue in Rochester. He allegedly walked into the store Saturday, threatened the clerk with a gun and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.After releasing surveillance photos, Livingston County Deputies got numerous tips that led them to Washburn. He's being held without bail due to prior felony convictions.
