Gates, NY -- A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly causing the overdose death of a Gates man.
Gates police say Brian Saez (photo 1) sold heroin to Sean Vaniderstine an hour before Vaniderstine died of an overdose on January 29.
Saez is a parolee, with four prior felony convictions. He's being held without bail on charges that include possession and sale of drugs and criminally negligent homicide.
Police say another alleged dealer who may have previously sold heroin to Vaniderstine has also been arrested on sale and possession charges. Darnell Tillmon (photo 2) , of Greece, was arrested with ten packets of heroin.
