Plans for a boutique hotel/spa/restaurant at Schoen Place in the Village of Pittsford won't be moving forward. Developer Wilmorite withdrew its application for developing 25 Shoen Place last Friday. President Paul Wilmot says there is no reason to leave their application in a pending status when the Village has uncertain zoning. He was referencing the village boards decision last November to put a one year moratorium on development. Wilmot added that Wilmorite has an excellent relationship with the Powers family who own the land. They will continue to explore development options
