Canandaigua's Inn on the Lake Resort and Conference Center will close this fall for about 18 months of renovations.
The Inn on the Lake says it will become "a beautiful, modern waterfront inn featuring world-class facilities and amenities..."
Managing director Chris Burns says the new Inn will be "unrivaled in our area" and he's promising "a superior guest experience." The makeover is expected to be complete by Summer 2020.
