A man from Macedon has come forward to claim a nearly $10 million jackpot from the October 11 Lotto drawing. The ceremonial prize check will be presented to the man Thursday afternoon at Hegedorns Market in Webster, where he purchased the winning ticket. Lottery spokeswoman Yolanda Vega will make the presentation.
