State lawmakers may pass a bill to help State Police investigate suspected internet crimes against children.
Governor Cuomo is proposing legislation to let the State Police Superintendent issue administrative subpoenas for investigations into possible online child sexual predators.
If passed, State Police would be able to streamline those investigations.
Cuomo says it would be another tool to help stop the victimization of children.
