The Faculty Senate at the University of Rochester is expected to decide this afternoon whether to censure Professor Florian Jaeger.
In a report two weeks ago, an independent investigator criticized Jaeger's behavior with grad students and other faculty members -- but cleared Jaeger of allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct.
Jaeger has been on leave since the latest investigation began in September.
After the report was released, he issued a statement apologizing to students and staff for any problems his behavior caused. The censure motion alleges Jaeger violated a moral conduct clause.
