Fire investigators have arrested a Rochester man on arson charges stemming from a house fire three weeks ago on the city's northwest side.
The fire broke out around dawn on December 31st at a vacant home at 158 Palm Street, near Dewey Avenue.
Authorities say Hunter Curtis entered the home, recklessly started the fire and left. The home was heavily damaged.
