WNY Bracing For Heavy Snow and Dropping Temperatures

Even though it's warm now, temperatures across Western New York are expected to plummet tonight.  

Forecasters warn that rain and melting snow could cause serious flooding Upstate.  The rain today will likely turn into heavy snow as we see temperatures drop into the teens tonight.  

Much of Western New York is under a flood warning and winter storm warnings go into effect this afternoon.
