A 46-year-old Albion man accused of having more than 600 images of child pornography was sentenced Monday to 11 years in prison. Prosecutors say Christopher Ridder exchanged messages with an undercover officer last January. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, agents found the images, including some depicting prepubescent minors and others featuring violent activity. Ridder previously had been convicted on charges of receiving child pornography, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. The FBI and Medina Police Department led the investigation.
