UPDATE: Norman Reak was found Thursday morning and the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert was canceled about 9:30 a.m. He is being evaluated at Strong Hospital.
Fairport, NY -- Fairport Village Police are asking for your help finding an 86-year-old man who has been missing since around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Authorities say Norman Reak is believed to be disoriented and confused and may be in need of medical attention.
He was last scene at the Tops in Penfield and never returned to his home on Miles Circle in Fairport.
He was driving a 2012 white Subaru Legacy with New York plate CHW-2451.
